So I've been a bit quiet because I was invited to submit an image for the #red67 book which is soon to be published in support of the BTO and the RSPB. There are 67 artists creating images of the 67 birds on the UK red list. I have the honour of drawing humble tree sparrow, of which we lost 93% in 40 years. And this is my picture. As usual, I went in planning to make a nice, mature, respectable bit of work and ended up using all the colours and going a bit off track. Such is life. I am in hugely talented company including @thickets_studio @suzysharpeart And @wynonalegg so Red67 is promising to be a brilliant project for a great cause. I'll keep you posted.
