Tonight we will see a full moon, a supermoon and the second and brightest in a series of 3...April’s full Moon is the first to occur after the March equinox, which makes it the first full Moon of spring and the Paschal Full Moon. Which is the full Moon that determines the date of Easter. Know as the Pink Moon by the native Americans because of the spring flowers, but also called the the sprouting grass, egg or fish moon... my Raven felt it appropriate to be precariously balanced on this patterned moon... linocut with monoprint
