Tonight there will be a full moon, so I want to tell you a fable about a Fox and a Full Moon... One evening a hungry fox, saw the reflection of the full moon in a well, which he believed to be cheese. There were two buckets which alternately drew up the water. The fox leapt into the highest one, his weight caused him to descend into the well.  Once in the well he realised his mistake and could see no way to get up again but by some other hungry one enticed by the same reflection. At last a wolf, parched with thirst, drew near, to whom the fox called from below, "here is a treat for you! It is an exquisite cheese, there will be plenty for you. Come down in the bucket." This tale was easily believed by the wolf, who descended by his greater weight, which not only took him down, but also brought the fox up.  And the moral “Everybody is ready to believe the thing he fears and the thing he desires.”
